My career began in the details that make digital systems work: search visibility, content performance, advertising, web standards, campaign operations, and user behavior. That foundation taught me how people actually find, use, trust, and act on digital experiences.

The work grew into leadership: building departments, creating workflows, training teams, aligning stakeholders, improving governance, and translating business priorities into digital systems that can scale.

Today, that experience points toward broader business leadership: improving enterprise web ecosystems, guiding technology-enabled change, managing resources responsibly, reducing operational friction, and helping organizations use AI and digital tools in practical, responsible ways.

  • Support 30,000+ web pages and 200+ distributed web editors through governance, training, CMS support, and digital standards.
  • Directed a university-wide WCAG accessibility initiative completed in under three months through QA, training, standards, and large-scale remediation.
  • Independently redesigned and restructured the People and Culture website, leading UX strategy, information architecture, and implementation for hundreds of pages in five months.
